Join us at Brengman Brothers Winery for a time to reward yourself with a spectacular 6-course wine dinner. Chef Jim and the Boathouse crew is teaming up with wines from the Brengman Brothers library including; 

Hamachi Crudo
shaved radish, yuzu, finger lime, chili oil, fleur de sel
Pairing: 2010 Block 65 Blend, Viognier / Sauv Blanc / Pinot Gris

Pork Duo
Confit belly, tenderloin schnitzel, mustard spaetzle, watercress, lemon caper sauce
Pairing: 2013 Dagüdscht (Wiener Gimishta Satz)

Duck Leg Confit
spaghetti squash, sage, walnut, puffed wild rice, red currant gastrique
Pairing: 2013 Pinot Noir Artist Series

Cedar Braised Bison Short Ribs
turnip, celeriac, baby carrot, maitake mushroom, juniper huckleberry sauce
Pairing: 2009 Riserva Valpanera Refosco

Gary’s Reserve Granita
2010 Gewürztraminer, green cardamom, candied meyer lemon 

Pecan Brioche
goat butter, golden raisin fig jam
