Joe, Danny, and company are our staple food people who practice their kitchen expertise from their restaurants in Rochester and Clarkston. They bring a long history of great times to our winery.
We figured since having Chef Joe Bologna and company here at the winery to serve the great food for the St V Lunch on Saturday, why not have him perform his magic on the night before with a spectacular wine dinner in the winery. We’re only setting up for 50 seats for this evening so a quick sign up will be key to reserve your place at the table. We’ll be releasing a brand new vintage of TheGüdscht Red, blend of Cab Franc, Cab Sauv and Merlot together with a 5-star wine and food pairing. Joe’s team has tasted all the wines and he was floored by the TheGüdscht. The menu will be posted soon.
