We now have two dates with Chef Joe Bologna. Saturday is sold out so we convinced Joe and company to arrive a day early to schedule a Friday night event showcasing the same menu.

Joe, Adele and company are our staple food people who bring their kitchen expertise from their restaurants in Sterling Heights, Rochester and Clarkston. They bring an extra presentation entertainment to the stage based on a long history of performing these wonderful nights of great food and wine. The menu will be conducted with great performers from the Brengman Bros library and current wine list.
