Joe, Adele and company are our staple food people who practice their kitchen expertise from their restaurants in Rochester and Clarkston. They bring a long history of great times to our winery.
We invited Chef Joe to spend a day with us in September for a spectacular evening of food, wine and education under the tent (weather permitted). A perfect getaway from the crazies of our times. We’re only setting up for 50 seats for this evening in order to keep the correct balance of guests, staff and spacing so a quick sign up will be key to reserve your place at the table. We’ll be releasing a brand new vintage of TheGüdscht Red, blend of Cab Franc, Cab Sauv and Merlot. Joe’s team has tasted all the wines and he was floored by the TheGüdscht.
