Chef Loghan Call of Planted Cuisine
This menu is inspired by the values of both Planted Cuisine and Brengman Brothers, while the practical ingredient portion of the menu is inspired by the produce that is locally available to us. Chef Loghan’s plant-based menu’s are focused on allowing the flavors stemming from nature and the farmer’s hand, to shine through in each dish. And of course, tailored to pair perfectly with the flavor profiles and craftsmanship that is the Brengman Brother’s wine collection.
Our reception hour will feature a passed appetizer and drink disclosed upon arrival. The seated portion of the dinner will feature the following five courses. Please note that the menu is subject to change based on availability of local crops.
