Join us in this celebration wine dinner evening keyed around our new wines from the 17 and 18 vintages featuring our new partners in food – Grand River Company with Chef Justin Dalenberg. Justin brings 20 years of industry experience to the table with a wide range of disciplines. While Justin spent most of his career in the kitchens of some of the country's top restaurants and hotels, he has also developed a skill in cultural leadership development, financial planning, and systems management. Justin was formally educated at the St. Clair Hospitality Academy and Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Chelsea Gem Oyster, pear mignonette, sea beans

Golden Beets, Endive, goat cheese, herb crumbs, chamomile vinaigrette

Chicken Liver Pate, duck fat mousse, golden raisin mostarda, pickled beech, crostini
